November Classes

My learners continue to grow in confidence with their new found skill. Having started in September, not being able to hold a hook, they are now confident to manage the basics. One (lets call her ‘She Who Can’t Be Named’) has even managed to crochet herself a blanket in her own time – after just four weeks into the course!!! I have two beginners classes on the go and they are both absolutely lovely – even though they say they only come for the cake!
Poncho Making
As for the more skilled crocheters – well they’ve been busy making ponchos – either for themselves or for a cherished family member. This course has lasted five weeks in total. I just love the different outcomes, each had their own requirements, whether it be colour, yarn choice, the finished look, or size/fit. An amazing job done by them all.
Pumpkin-crocheting
The end of October saw us having a fun afternoon making crochet pumpkins – again the choice of colour, yarn and hook provided a range of pumpkins that can be brought out year upon year.
This month, our learners will continue to build on their skills. New beginners classes will be starting in January if anyone is looking to learn a new skill or has – Learn How To Crochet - at the top of their New Year Resolution list.
Crochet Pumpkins
Whilst for non-beginners, this November I am offering a short course on making mini-mandalas and an afternoon class on making crochet Christmas baubles – two great little projects to brighten up your home for the festive season or perfect to give as a gift.
