Come and join Margo: New year January classes
The newbies have started – we have six of them and they seem super keen.
Some of them I know (in fact one was my school teacher so it’s role reversal for us – I’m hoping she doesn’t cause me as much grief as I caused her back in the day). We’re at the special stage where they couldn’t hold a hook and are sceptical whether they’ll ever ‘get’ it. I’m also well aware that they’ll probably hate me for the first four weeks – that’s why I make them cake! It’s brilliant and I absolutely love it.

The non-beginners have also started their ‘Stitch Classes’ – we’ve done Waffle Stitch last week and are doing one of my favourite stitches ‘Moss or Linen Stitch’ this week. It’s been really good for me too as I’m trying out stitches and techniques I’ve not done before either. There’s lots of note taking, sample making and then videoing going on in my craft room at the moment.

My ‘Tuesday Morning’ girls are all doing their own projects – all fabulous and we all give our ten pence worth on advice when one of us is struggling with bits and pieces. We’re in the early stages of sorting our ‘School Trip’ to Wonderwool and one of the girls has thought it would be a good idea for us to make something to wear to it (I’m assuming all different and it won’t be some sort of weird uniform). Love the trip there – a fabulous day and pennies are being saved as we speak.
I’m already planning the next classes – I already have a few names down for the Beginners Classes in April and the general request from my girls at the moment is a CAL for a Hexi Cardigan.

If you would like any info on our classes or have a request for what you would like me to put on as a class please drop me a line.
